Cannot open vSphere Web Client on IE11 on Windows 8.1

Tips:

You may see that error message "To view this page ensure that Adobe Flash Player version 11.5.0 or greater is installed. " when you open vSphere Web Client 6.0 on IE 11 on Windows 8.1. The login fields still visible, but the page go to blank after you login.

This is caused by permission control. You just need right click IE icon run as administrator.

Connect-NsxtServer shows "Unable to connect to the remote server"

When you run Connect-NsxtServer in the PowerCLI, it may show "Unable to connect to the remote server".  Because the error message is a little bit confusing with other login issues. It's not easy to troubleshoot. The actual reason is the NSX-T uses a self-signed certificate, and the PowerCLI cannot accept the certificate automatically. The fix is super easy.
